Ingredients
250 g all-purpose flour
150 ml warm milk
40 g melted butter
3 tbsp sugar
4 g instant dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant dry yeast.
Add the warm milk and melted butter.
Mix well with a fork until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, one teaspoon at a time.
Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan that fits inside your air fryer.
Let the dough rise inside the turned-off air fryer for 45–60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Brush the top with a little milk.
Air fry at 150°C (300°F) for 22–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the air fryer, let it cool for a few minutes, then remove it from the pan.

For extra flavor, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or grated lemon zest to the dough before mixing.
